Privacy Policy

Template notice: this page is a starting template, not legal advice. Have it reviewed by a qualified professional before relying on it.
This policy explains what OnlineVirtualGaming does with your data, and — just as importantly — how the third-party games we embed handle theirs.
The short version
- We have no user accounts and we don't ask you for personal details.
- The OnlineVirtualGaming site itself runs no advertising and adds no cross-site tracking scripts of its own.
- The games are provided by third parties and load only when you press play. Once loaded, they run their own code, may set their own cookies, and show their own ads — under their providers' privacy policies, not ours.
Third-party games (please read)
Most games on this site are hosted HTML5 titles supplied by GameMonetize and embedded in a sandboxed frame. They do not load until you click play on a game. Once you do, the game and its advertising partners may:
- set cookies or use similar storage within the game frame;
- collect usage and device data to run and measure the game and its ads;
- show personalised or non-personalised advertising.
These activities are governed by the game provider's own privacy and cookie policies. We pass a standard signal asking providers to respect regional consent rules, but we don't control their data practices. If you'd rather not load them, simply don't press play.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider may record standard technical request logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability. These logs are not used by us to build advertising profiles.
Cookies
The site itself uses only strictly-necessary cookies; embedded games may set their own. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Children's privacy
Our games are family-friendly, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Note that the embedded third-party games have their own data and advertising practices that we don't control, so we encourage parents to supervise younger players. If you believe a child has provided personal information through this site, contact us and we will address it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data held about you. Because we don't maintain accounts or store personal data on our servers, in most cases there is nothing on our side to retrieve — but you can always reach us, and for data held by a game provider you should contact that provider directly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
